THIS is MY choice for my "Before" picture. OMG. But that baby is cute. Let's just focus on the boy. Not the fact that my arms are as big around as a normal woman's thigh!

You are both so cute. Don't fret, you just had a baby. I'm still working on my post-pregnancy weight..... it can take years to get it off.
